We're more than just a betting platform — we're a community that genuinely understands the lifestyle, sporting passions, and needs of Malaysian players inside and out.
Untung99 is an online betting and entertainment platform built with one clear goal: to provide a safe, enjoyable, and genuinely rewarding experience for Malaysians. We launched five years ago with a small team united by a shared belief — that local players deserve a platform that truly understands them, not just an international one that's been translated and dropped here without any real localisation.
From the very beginning, Untung99 made the strategic decision to focus entirely on the Malaysian market. This means every choice we make — from game selection to payment methods, from interface language to customer service hours — is designed specifically to meet the needs of players in this country. The result is a platform that stands apart from anything else out there: more personal, more relevant, and easier to use for Malaysians from all walks of life.
Today, Untung99 has grown into one of the most widely used online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 250,000 registered members from Sabah to Perlis. Even so, we have never forgotten where we started — every decision is still made with player satisfaction and safety as the top priority. Our growth is the result of the trust our members have placed in us, and we take that trust seriously.
Six key pillars that shape our platform's identity and competitive edge
From sports options like the Malaysia Super League and badminton, to payment methods like DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet — every element of our platform is built with Malaysian players in mind. We are not a foreign platform that simply swapped currencies to MYR.

Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, or ShopeePay are processed in under 60 seconds. Winnings withdrawals are completed in 5 to 15 minutes — no hidden fees, no complicated procedures. Your money, whenever you need it.
Over 500 game options spanning Live Casino, progressive jackpot slots, football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton, live matches, and much more. All under one account — no need for multiple platforms to meet your entertainment needs.
Support team Untung99 Bahasa Melayu-speaking agents are available around the clock via live chat. No confusing automated bots — you speak with a real person who understands your issue and knows how to resolve it quickly.
Untung99 provides self-control tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Player wellbeing is our priority — we do not chase profits at the expense of our users' welfare.
The principles that have guided every decision we make, from day one to now
To provide Malaysian players with the safest, most user-friendly, and most rewarding online entertainment platform — with high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and a consistent experience across all devices.
To become the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysians — a name synonymous with trust, genuine enjoyment, and real winnings, not empty promises on an advertisement page.
Five values we never compromise on in our day-to-day operations
All bonus terms, wagering requirements, game RTP, and withdrawal policies are written clearly in plain, easy-to-understand Bahasa Melayu. No fine print designed to trip players up — we believe an informed player is a satisfied player.
Every business decision at Untung99 is first assessed from the player's perspective. If a feature doesn't benefit the player, we won't implement it — even if it might be financially advantageous for the company.
We only partner with internationally recognised casino and sports software providers — Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Microgaming and more. Because our players deserve the best, not the cheapest.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and 24/7 transaction monitoring are the minimum standards we hold ourselves to. The security of your funds and data is not optional — it is a non-negotiable foundation at Untung99.
We listen to player feedback every day and use it to continuously improve the platform. Every update, every new feature, every change — all driven by the voice of our community.
Five years of building trust — one step at a time
One platform for all your online entertainment needs
Minimum deposit RM20. All transactions processed in under 60 seconds.
Malaysia's online entertainment market is growing fast — and there are plenty of options out there competing for your attention. So what sets Untung99 from the other names competing for players in this market? The answer isn't company size, the loudest advertising, or the biggest bonus promises. What sets us apart is how we understand and respect Malaysian players as individuals with distinct needs, values, and expectations.
Consider this: many Malaysian players who have used international platforms share the same experience — unintuitive interfaces, customer support only available in English, payment methods that do not support local e-wallets, and bonus terms written in confusing language. At Untung99, we addressed all of these issues from day one. Bahasa Melayu is our platform's primary language — not an afterthought added later. DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are not secondary options — they are our main payment methods. Our customer service is fully in Bahasa Melayu because we know that is what the majority of our users are most comfortable with.
In terms of game selection, Untung99 takes a different approach. Rather than simply loading a global game catalogue onto a platform, we hand-pick titles that are genuinely popular and relevant in Malaysia. That means the Malaysia Super League and EPL get full coverage in Sports Betting, badminton — a sport Malaysians are deeply passionate about — has its own dedicated section covering the Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and BWF World Championships, while slots themed around Nusantara and Asian heritage are given prominent placement in our casino catalogue. We understand the local context, and that shows in every corner of the platform.
One thing that often goes overlooked in this industry is withdrawal speed. Many players have experienced winning on another platform only to wait days for the funds to reach their account. At Untung99, we are committed to processing all withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes — directly to your bank account or e-wallet, with no lengthy manual procedures. This is not just a marketing promise — it is an operational standard we hold ourselves strictly to, and one you can verify by asking any of our active members.
Trust is the most fundamental issue in the relationship between a betting platform and its players. Untung99 building trust isn't about slogans or expensive advertising — it's about consistency. Consistency in payout times, consistency in game quality, consistency in customer service responsiveness, and consistency in keeping every promise we make to our members. Five years of a solid track record is the best proof we can offer you.
We at Untung99 also believes that responsible gaming isn't an empty slogan — it's our operational responsibility. Our platform provides a full suite of self-control tools, including daily and weekly deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary or permanent self-exclusion options, and links to professional support resources for those who need them. We don't want players who are struggling — we want a community that plays healthily and happily for the long term.
At the end of the day, Untung99 is more than just a website or an app. It's a community of over 250,000 Malaysian players who share a passion for football, casino, jackpots, and sports — and who trust us to deliver the best possible experience around those interests. That trust is our most valuable asset, and we will never take the responsibility of protecting it for granted.
